How I think about the work

The model is one part of the product.

Build the product, not the demo

A better model does not automatically make a better product. The user problem comes first.

Evaluate the whole system

Retrieval, orchestration, latency, and UX all affect quality. A prompt is only one part.

Make reliability visible

Sources, uncertainty, and failure states help people understand when to trust the result.
